RSM devotes a full-time team exclusively to our culture, diversity and inclusion (CDI) efforts. 丹•奥布莱恩 leads our CDI program, and drive inclusion efforts with RSM employees, clients and communities.

Dan has extensive experience leading various enterprise talent-centric strategic priorities focused on coaching and mentorship, 新员工入职和行业组织协调. He also served as an RSM representative for the CEO Action for Racial Equity fellowship, a business-led coalition focused on advancing societal racial equity through public policy and corporate social contracts.

RSM’s Inclusion Council serves as an executive-level CDI advisory board, 由领导的高管组成, 倡导, 协调, inform and/or monitor the strategic diversity management process. The Inclusion Council helps guide, shape and advance organizational culture and policy for the firm.
